Employees are offered two weeks paid vacation. Vacation days must be taken within the year and do not roll over to the next year if the employee decides not to take the vacation days. We always support our employees in taking their vacation and make arrangements to support their clients while they are away so they can enjoy their free time.

Competitive Compensation
Gold Star Appliance & Lighting is proud to offer a competitive compensation plan. We offer an hourly wage + uncapped commission. We have sales associates that make upwards of $12,000 a month in commission alone (not including hourly wage), and we are excited to support each individual employee's goals and endeavors. There is no cap to your commission ever, and incentives + bonuses are available to you throughout the month and year.
